  • Invoices totalling over £13,000 from the Aston Workshop
  • Recent maintenance totalling over £5,000

Dispatched new by H.W Motors Limited on 31st August 1973 this UK supplied example was specified in right hand drive with automatic transmission and was originally presented in Cairngorm Brown with a Natural interior trim. In the 1990s, the car was subject to much restoration work costing over £13,000 with marque specialists The Aston Workshop. The body was repaired where necessary and the suspension and brakes were comprehensively overhauled. In 2024 the V8 underwent further cosmetic restoration including a full respray and wheel refurbishment, the interior was also refreshed with new carpets and soundproofing and a full service and general maintenance was undertaken. In May 2025 the Aston was treated to further maintenance which included repair of the fuel sender and gauge, a new handbrake lever, a replacement steering column joint and rubber coupling, new speedometer cable, and a thorough road test. Also fitted at this time was a subtle apple car play system which makes this example even more enjoyable to use! Presented in good condition throughout the paintwork and chrome work retain a deep shine although as expected with a car of this era there are some minor signs of age, the interior is too in good condition as is the engine bay and underside. Running and driving as it should the Aston fires up when asked and is a joy to drive, recently covering circa 150 miles on a road test. Offered with a history file containing old Mot records, various sundry bills from Nicolas Mee Aston Martin Specialists, maintenance invoices including a recent job card totalling £3,851, its current Mot valid until February 2026 (with its one advisory repaired during its recent maintenance), copies of the original Aston Martin order sheet confirming its specification, and its current UK registration document. This is a nice usable example which has had a significant amount of money spent on it in recent times. Now ready for a new custodian to jump in and enjoy!
