Registered new on 17^th August 1960 this wonderful example has had just two owners from new and has covered a mere 21,942 miles! The current owner acquired the Borgward in 1989 and has been part of his private collection ever since. During his ownership the Isabella Coupé has been extensively restored, the body was stripped to bare metal and repaired where necessary and fully resprayed and the engine was rebuilt. The interior was also renewed with the seats, trim and dials replaced or restored where necessary. Presented in very good condition throughout there are very few blemishes to note. The chrome work is bright throughout, and the paintwork retains a deep shine and is in very good order. As too is the interior and engine bay which are both largely unmarked. This is a very well presented example which has been dry stored and used as intended since it was acquired some 36 years ago!
